If you need to return your order, you will need to pay for the return shipping. ONLY If we made a mistake on your order, will we will pay the return shipping back. We are not responsible for damaged items once they leave our shop. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by negligence in reloading including damage to personal equipment. INSPECT each casing before attempting to reload. This is a used product and we try to ensure quality control, but each piece needs to be inspected by the final user. If you are unhappy with your purchase let us know and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Additionally, to keep our free shipping, there will be a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of the initial shipping to return your order. Brass that has been manipulated in any way, including being lubricated, resized, or de-primed, will not be eligible for return.
